Stephanie R. Adelson is the Managing Attorney of Adelson Law Office, PLLC, an Immigration Law Firm dedicated to the needs and opportunities of the immigrant community.

Attorney Adelson is barred in Florida, the Federal U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and authorized to represent clients before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (Immigration Court) including the Board of Immigration Appeals. She is a member of American Immigration Lawyers Association, Lawyers Club of San Diego, and the Earl B. Gilliam Bar Association.

Originally from Cap Haitien, Haiti, Attorney Adelson’s family immigrated to the United States as political asylees. Motivated by her late father’s long-term service to the immigrant community in Tampa and beyond, Attorney Adelson has volunteered in various capacities from translating, decoding cultural practices for other legal professionals, and assisting with documents to support immigrants. Attorney Adelson has always been a fighter, acquiring wins in traffic court, against landlords, and breach of contract cases for herself, even before attending law school. This passion for fairness and steadfast advocacy led her to pursue a career in law.

In the past years, Attorney Adelson has represented countless families facing a variety of immigration issues all over the United States. She is passionate about empowering her clients, guiding them to U.S. immigration freedom, and securing lawful status. Attorney Adelson is fluent in Haitian Creole.
